The all about me presentations

The course of Communications and Leadership requires, making a five minutes presentation with the title "All about me", in which each student has to present a little bit of personal facts, background, experience, motivations, goals, and other key points that may help us to understand

Every person has his or her different style for presenting, at the same time the feedback that you can give to someone not always applies to all the presenters. It was a good experience, and the perfect opportunity to get to know your classmates a bit more.

What is your personality?

I can imagine that someone else said this before but I do not know who, the point is: "Understand yourself before trying to understand others".

I can tell that was one of the most interesting tests that I have ever take, and I asked my brother and sister to take it, they were amazed and after that, I think that we know ourselves better and we know each other more in deep.

I define leadership as

For me, leadership is the quality of being able to successfully lead people to take actions, to perform jobs, to achieve goals, to create new things, to defend their rights, to learn, etc. By reasoning, motivating, inspiring, giving the example and so on.

The Will to Succeed

Success, a word frequently used and the common goal for almost everyone. However, sometimes it meaning may not be clear. In fact, different people have different ideas about what means to have success or to be a successful person. While I do not intend to force other people to agree with my idea of success but to share some key points that I have learned in my life. 

First of all, for me, success is not money or fame and is not something that you can achieve alone.
